Mr. Massey has held directorships and senior management positions with various TSX Venture Exchange listed companies, including CEO of Redhill Resources, Windfire Capital, Aldever Resources, Prescient Mining and Universal Uranium, and has coordinated the marketing programs for many successful public companies.

Mr. Romano’s career has spanned several decades focusing on leading the process of positive change within private and public organizations so that they can become better at what they do. His expertise in delivering enhanced management outcomes encompasses exceptionally diverse operational environments. These range from fostering consensus within public/private partnerships for environmental recycling, proposing and enabling improved health care delivery, leading harmonious outcomes within relationally complex social/hospitality/art-industry management settings, mentoring entrepreneurism and delivering results in the natural resource sector, while applying corporate finance and investor communications across the board. From his voluntary involvements as President of the Recycling Council of British Columbia in the 1980’s and his post as the Inaugural Foundation Chairperson at InspireHealth, an integrated cancer care facility, to assisting private and public entities in Canada and the US in Mining, Oil & Gas and technology, Mr. Romano’s legacy of contributions in the intervening years are too numerous to list. He will provide any Company with the leadership required to bring this shared vision and experience to the entire organization.

Elizabeth Mitchell is a former Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in public practice and industry. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and has worked with several publicly listed Canadian resource companies. As an independent director, Elizabeth offers her financial expertise and dedication, contributing 5% of her time to Dunbar Metals Corp.

Mr. Helmel is an independent management consultant, possessing specific expertise working with early-stage venture companies within the Canadian capital markets. Mr. Helmel focuses on private to public market transitions, corporate governance, the development of senior management teams and corporate growth strategies. Mr. Helmel has served as a director or officer for numerous private, and Canadian Securities Exchange- and TSX Venture Exchange-listed corporations.
