Richard Ko is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a strong background in senior management across various publicly listed resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria and earned his CA designation in 1979. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Richard plays a crucial role in financial oversight and strategic planning at Dunbar Metals Corp., dedicating 5% of his time to the company.

Elizabeth Mitchell is a former Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in public practice and industry. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and has worked with several publicly listed Canadian resource companies. As an independent director, Elizabeth offers her financial expertise and dedication, contributing 5% of her time to Dunbar Metals Corp.

Dr. Peter Born is a highly respected consultant and professional geologist with over 30 years of experience in exploration and mining. He holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from Carleton University and has worked extensively in uranium exploration, particularly in the Athabasca Basin. Dr. Born’s expertise in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology and his experience in project evaluation are invaluable assets to Dunbar Metals Corp. He dedicates 5% of his time to the company.
